HENRY SAMUELS ADMON

 

 

In British law, when someone dies intestate, Letters of Administration (known as admons) are required to release the deceased's property. This is the admon for Henry Samuels:

 

DEATH ON OR AFTER 1st JANUARY, 1898.

 

BE IT KNOWN that Henry Samuels of 7 Lower Templar Street, in the City of Leeds, Wholesale Boot and Shoe Manufacturer died on the first day of April 1900 at 7 Lower Templar Street aforesaid intestate and that the said intestate at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at 7 Lower Templar Street aforesaid within the District of the West Riding of the County of York.

 

AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Wakefield to Hannah Samuels of 7 Lower Templar Street aforesaid, the lawful Widow and Relict of the said intestate.
