This has been established as the town of Ivangorod, which has since been absorbed into the city of Deblin (pronounced “Demblin"), in NW Lublin Gubernia. Map co-ordinates for Deblin are 5134 2150.

These are clearly anglicised names. On Joseph's brother Simon's marriage certificate in Radom in 1871, his parents' names are given as Nuta and Chaja.

 

Joseph's Certificate of Naturalisation was granted on 22 October 1894 and he made his mark on the Oath of Allegiance on 15 November.
